  Almost non existent communication to us as the tenant. Takes weeks to get a response, months for action to be taken. Heater had been broken since June (middle of winter) then they waited til November and asked if we can wait til april now that the weather is heating up. Dishwasher was broken for almost 4 months. Sent emails/calls every week sometimes longer trying to get a response. Have emails to back this up. Don't bother with them they're useless.

  The most horrific experience dealing with this company and their representative. In my opinion, totally dishonest and unprofessional. If I could I would have given them minus five stars!!!
